Dalby
"Centre of Eastern Australia," is physically located
in the approximate north/south centre of the eastern coast
of Australia. It is on the junction of major highways from
east to west and from north to south. The town principally
services rural industries and manufacturers who utilise the
town's low overheads and convenient transportation location.
Dalby is at the crossroads of the Warrego Highway (Route 54)
which runs from Brisbane to far Western Queensland, the Moonie
Highway through to Southern Capitals, and the Bunya Highway
to Coastal Centres.
