A two-tiered scheme of Red and Blue permits safeguards the rights of people with disabilities. The Dalby Town Council treats both of these permits equally, enabling the holder of a permit to use the disability parking bays provided, and to free parking in any of its metered parking arrears.
Eligibility for a disability permit is assessed by a medical practitioner or occupational therapist. Applications/renewals are available from Queensland Transport Customer Service Centres.
